A Fiercely Spiritual Artistic Healer
As a child and into my adult life, I used art and a strong spiritual connection to understand how I fit into the world in the healthiest way possible. Growing up in an alcoholic family, I thought my self defeating negative thoughts meant there was something wrong with me. But later, as an adult, and going to Adult Children of Alcoholics (ACA) meetings, I found out they were not my fault, my low self esteem was based on generational emotional neglect by the family members just trying to survive themselves. I now have the FREEDOM that I always hoped for but was not sure was possible. Gaining self-awareness with the understanding of co-dependency traits, using the tools of hypnotherapy and with the support of Divine wisdom, I now have that FREEDOM.
Creating art and drawing was a vital part of my healing. I strongly suggest to clients that they access their higher self through art, music, dance, writing, or any creative outlet that feels right. No judgment, just a fun way to release negative emotions without even understanding how it works. Energetically it allows the feelings to be released out of the hands and feet while bypassing the conscious mind. But our sub-conscious mind is hard at work to help us feel better. My experience as an artist, an Adult child of an alcoholic, Life Coach and a spiritually focused Astrologer gives me a very unique perspective which I use with clients to help them remove behaviors that no longer serve them. I feel truly blessed to empower others so they too can imagine their lives with all the choices and FREEDOM they desire. You do have the ability to make changes when you are ready and I can help.

I believe anything is possible
I believe all strength comes from our divine wisdom available to anyone
I believe each person has a "God-light" within them that is waiting to be shared
With love,
Diane
I also believe it's important to give back to the community. For the last couple years I have donated my time with the non-profit organization, Tumbleweed*. Since 1972, they serve abused, abandoned, troubled, and neglected homeless youth ages 11-25. These youth living on the streets have limited life skills, emotional and stress management resources due to their traumatic upbringing. But their human dignity is equal to anyone else. I have seen beautiful expressions of caring and love bubble out of their difficult lives.
At their Phoenix Youth Resource Center, we do art projects, have spiritual discussions, hold group meditations, or I just listen calmly, offering a trusting ear they have not often found in their lives. I am honored to support these "invisible" youth. Projects are made with my own funds and the center's donations. If you would like to help, click the donate button below and it will take you directly to their donation page. Thank you!
